~We honor appointments on time with a 5-10 minutes grace period. Please allow yourselves enough time to find parking.
~If for any reason you cannot make it to your appointment time, please be courteous of other clients & notify the salon ahead of time to give that spot to someone else.
~We respect our clients time and our staff time so if you are a NO CALL/NO SHOW for your appointment first time around, we will put a note on your file that you have been warned. Second time it happens, you will be flagged for a DEPOSIT OF $20 TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. We strongly enforce this so clients do not wait over 20 minutes for their appointment time.
